See a good few reviews about expired goods - admit, I have had the same experience. So, living in Monterey, I ended up driving by the shop a few times a year to pick up stuff, and checking expiration dates. Very much enjoyed their fresh bakery goods (things like krentebollen, banket, en oliebollen zo rond nieuwjaar)...

I have been going to this dutch store since I was little. They have everything you need from Holland. Chocolate letters, stroopwafel, hagelslag. Highly recommended :)
